Kirnan House offers three luxury bed and breakfast rooms in the historic main house, available on a single night basis or for a longer stay. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and are all en suite. Each has a TV and DVD player, with a sofa and tea and freshly ground coffee-making facilities. All the rooms have the finest cotton linen bedding and mattress enhancers for a very comfortable night’s sleep. There is also an upstairs twin children’s room available, in close proximity to the main B and B rooms. Ideal for a comfortable and welcoming stop-over if you are heading to the islands, touring the West Coast, or you may prefer a longer stay to fully explore this fascinating area.
All rooms are £90 per night, or £65 for a single person. The children’s room is charged at £30 a night and is not en suite. Breakfast is included in the price.
A first class full Scottish breakfast will be served at your convenience and is guaranteed to set you up for the day! A lighter breakfast of fruit, yoghurt or cereal is also available. Gourmet evening dinners, by arrangement, can be served in Kirnan’s cosy dining room.
The meals can be tailored to your taste and are prepared with fresh produce. Fresh seafood is a speciality. The four course dinner is £30 per person.
The Appleyards will also be happy to recommend and book local restaurants for you, as well as provide advice on the many attractions to experience in the area. There is a dry boot room for coats, walking boots and wellingtons. I am afraid we are not able to accommodate dogs in the bed and breakfast rooms.
