Chapel Cottage, as the name suggests, is created from the old chapel for the shooting lodge. It is very spacious and comfortable, heated by oil-fired central heating and with a huge log fire in the main living room.

The third bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds and two put-down beds, not to mention their very own porthole! We have a proper cot and a high chair in the kitchen.

The cottage has a very spacious dining kitchen with an Esse stove and separate oven, plus dishwasher. DVD, washing machine, tumble drier and even wellies are provided.

As with all the cottages, one dog is very welcome. All linen and towels are provided, and guests also have their own outdoor dining table and are free to use the gardens as they wish.

For next summer we’re planning an exciting outdoor camping option in yurts deep within the forest with a camp-fire dinner and complimentary camp-fire breakfast.
